How secure is my data?

SBO takes your data very seriously. Your data moves exclusively through encrypted connections using bank grade 256-bit encryption. We only give access to the employees who need to see your data to complete the bookkeeping process.

What if my books aren’t up to date?

We offer a Catch Up service for a fixed monthly price. This will allow you to get your books up to date and take the weight off your shoulders! See our Packages section for more details.

Do you offer Payroll?

We currently provide payroll services for Australian customers only.

What information does my business need to provide?

We get some basic details from you upon sign up, then all you need to do is take photos of your bills and receipts via our software platform, and the rest is up to us!

What countries do you support?

We currently service businesses in the USA, the UK and Australia. We will work in collaboration with your local tax accountant to manage your compliance affairs. We are developing services for other countries, so if that’s you please contact us.

Do your plans have a contract?

Our services are on a month-to-month basis. We don’t lock you into any contract because we believe that if you like using us, you’ll stick around!
